A Mother's Wrath

The crystal chandeliers lit up the grand mansion hall, casting a bright glare over the polished hardwood floors. High society guests stood in small groups, sipping champagne under the full daylight streaming through the high windows. But near the center of the room, the joyful mood shattered instantly into pure terror.

Evelyn: YOU LITTLE PIECE OF TRASH!

Lily: Mommy! Help me!

Evelyn: Shut up! Look what you did to my gown!

The elderly woman in the teal satin dress pointed down aggressively at the trembling child, her voice echoing off the white walls. Lily sobbed, clutching her tiny hands together as tears streaked her red cheeks.

Claire: DON'T TOUCH MY DAUGHTER!

Claire rushed forward, her black strapless corset dress swishing as she stepped directly between the cruel woman and her crying child. Her face contorted with explosive, protective rage.

Evelyn: Get this brat out of my sight before I have security throw you both out!

Claire: You lay one hand on her again and see what happens!

Evelyn: She spilled punch on my gown! She's a filthy little nuisance!

Without warning, Claire stepped forward, her body moving on pure instinct as her hand flew across the air.

A violent, sharp slap crackled through the hall, freezing every guest in total silence.

Evelyn: Ah! You crazy woman!

Evelyn clutched her stinging, reddened cheek, staggering back in shock. Her face twisted into arrogant fury.

Evelyn: YOU'LL REGRET THIS!

Claire: I don't think so!

Before Evelyn could react, Claire lifted her foot and delivered a powerful, swift kick directly into the older woman's torso.

Evelyn let out a harsh gasp, losing her balance completely. She crashed hard onto the polished floor, sprawling onto her back before the stunned crowd.

Claire: I WILL NOT REGRET THIS! YOU REGRET THIS, SO GO TO HELL!

Claire stood tall over the sprawling woman, pointing down at her with supreme authority and total conviction.

Claire: YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU'RE MESSING WITH!

Claire grabbed her daughter's tiny hand, turning her back on the humiliated woman lying defeated on the floor. But as they walked toward the heavy oak doors, the grand mansion doors opened, blocking their exit.
