The Hidden Letter

David: Lily, look at me. Where did you find this envelope?

Lily: It was pushed underneath my bedroom door while you were on the phone with the accountants.

David: Underneath your door? Who could have possibly put this here?

Lily: I think it was Aunt Emily... I saw her red shoes walking down the hallway right after.

David stared down at the thick paper in his hand, his jaw clenching so hard that a muscle twitched sharply in his cheek.

The close-up tracking shot captured the exact moment his fingers tightened around the edges, wrinkling the pristine seal.

The man picks up an envelope from the floor labeled "BOARDING SCHOOL ACCEPTANCE."[cite: 1]

SFX: Paper rustling[cite: 1]

David: This has to be some kind of sick joke or an administrative error.

Lily: Is it real, Daddy? Am I going away to live with strangers?

David: Never. I am the head of this estate, and no one signs me out of my own child's life.

He slid his thumb under the adhesive flap, ripping the envelope open with a swift, aggressive motion.

Lily: What does the paper say? Does it have my name on it?

David: It has your name, your birthdate, and a forged signature right beside the principal's seal.

He scanned the legal paragraphs at lightning speed, his eyes widening in sheer disbelief as the horrific truth sank in.

He opens the letter, his face turning from confusion to fury before slapping the document onto the floor[cite: 1].

Voice (Man - BOLD & SHOCKED): "Boarding school?!"[cite: 1]

SFX: Paper slap, low tension chord

Lily: Why would someone want to send me away, Daddy?

David: Because someone wants full control over the family trust fund, and you're standing directly in their way.

Lily: Can we call the police? Can we make them leave our house?

David: We are going to do much better than that. We are going to confront the person responsible right now.

He stood up slowly from the floor, extending a strong, steady hand to help his trembling daughter to her feet.

Will Emily confess to her treacherous plot, or will she deny everything with a cold, calculated smile?

David: Stay right behind me, Lily. Daddy's going to settle this once and for all.
