Victoria: Arthur, please! You're making a terrible mistake!
Arthur: The only mistake I made was bringing you into my home!
Victoria: We are married! You can't just throw me out like trash!
Arthur: Watch me.
Elena: Mr. Vance, please... let me take Lily upstairs to put some ice on her cheek.
Arthur: Yes, Elena. Take her up to my room. Keep her safe.
Lily: Daddy, don't let her come upstairs!
Arthur: She is never going up those stairs again, sweetheart. I promise you.
Elena carefully lifted Lily into her arms, giving Victoria a final look of quiet dignity before walking out of the kitchen toward the grand staircase.
Victoria: You're going to listen to a maid over me?!
Arthur: Get up off my floor, Victoria.
Victoria: I can't move! My hip hurts!
Arthur: Get up, or I will have security drag you across these tiles by your hair!
Scrambling hastily, Victoria pulled herself up using the edge of the kitchen island, her silk blouse disheveled and her hair messily falling over her face.
Victoria: You are behaving like a psychotic maniac, Arthur!
Arthur: I am a father protecting his child!
Victoria: She's fine! She was barely touched!
Arthur: I saw the red mark on her face with my own eyes! Do not lie to me!
Victoria: She stumbled! She hit her face on the counter when she fell!
Arthur: Are you really trying to gaslight me in my own kitchen?
Arthur reached into his suit jacket, pulling out his phone and tapping the screen with heavy pressure.
Victoria: Who are you calling?
Arthur: My security team. And my head attorney.
Victoria: Arthur, wait! Let's sit down and discuss this logically!
Arthur: Hello, Frank? Bring two guards up to the main mansion immediately. I have a trespasser who needs to be removed.
Victoria: I am not a trespasser! I am your wife!
Arthur: David? Draft emergency divorce papers right now. Full breach of prenuptial agreement on grounds of physical abuse and domestic endangerment.
Victoria’s face drained of all color. She took a step toward Arthur, her voice turning shrill and panicked.
Victoria: Divorce?! You can't divorce me! We've been married for ninety days!
Arthur: Ninety days too long.
Victoria: What about the prenuptial agreement?! I am entitled to two million dollars if we split!
Arthur: Read clause seventeen, Victoria. Physical harm against my daughter instantly voids every single dollar of your settlement.
Victoria gasped, her hand dropping from her bruised cheek as reality crashed down upon her.
Victoria: You... you put that in the contract?
Arthur: I built a multimillion-dollar logistics empire, Victoria. Do you really think I didn't protect my only daughter after her mother passed away?
Victoria: I didn't read that clause!
Arthur: That sounds like a personal problem.
The sound of heavy boots echoed down the hallway as two large, uniformed security guards entered the kitchen, standing at attention near Arthur.
Frank: You called for us, Mr. Vance?
Arthur: Escort Miss Victoria to the front gate. She is not permitted to enter this property ever again.
Victoria: Don't you dare touch me! Frank, you know who I am!
Frank: My orders come directly from Mr. Vance, ma'am. Please walk willingly.
Victoria: Arthur, please! Think about my reputation! The charity gala is next week!
Arthur: Your reputation was destroyed the second you raised your hand against an innocent child.
The security guards stepped forward, firmly taking Victoria by her arms as she began to kick and scream in desperation.
