The bright sun shone over the marble steps of the Vance family mansion. Tyler stood near the front door, his white shirt unbuttoned at the collar. He grabbed a heavy leather suitcase and shoved it down the stairs.
Tyler: GET OUT! LEAVE THIS HOUSE NOW!
The suitcase bounced down the steps, hitting the driveway with a loud thud. Chloe stood at the bottom of the stairs, her silk dress clinging to her visible bump. Tears streamed down her pale face as she cradled her belly with shaking hands.
Tiffany: You heard him, Chloe! Nobody wants you here anymore!
Tiffany stood next to Tyler, her arm wrapped tightly around his waist. She wore a bright blue designer dress and smiled arrogantly down at Chloe.
Chloe: Tyler... please. I am six months pregnant with your child.
Tyler: That baby isn't my problem anymore! You're taking your things and leaving my estate!
Chloe: I gave you four years of my life! I helped you build your company!
Tiffany: You were just a temporary distraction, honey. Tyler belongs with a real woman now.
Chloe wiped her eyes, her heart aching as her husband laughed alongside the woman who had ruined her marriage. She pulled her smartphone from her purse with trembling fingers and dialed a private number.
Chloe: DAD, COME GET ME! BRING THE LEGAL TEAM!
Tyler: Go ahead and call your broke old man! He can't save you from this divorce!
Suddenly, the sound of screeching tires echoed down the long driveway. Four luxury black SUVs sped around the curve, pulling up directly in front of the mansion. Doors slammed open as muscular security guards and men in tailored suits stepped out.
Tyler: What... what is this?
Tiffany: Tyler, who are these people?!
Chloe stepped forward toward the steps, her tearful expression turning cold, fierce, and full of conviction.
