Her Stepmother Pushed Her Into a Mirror Until He Step In

The heavy glass mirror in the hallway shattered into a hundred jagged pieces with a sharp, terrifying crack that echoed through the entire house.

Clara hit the floor hard, her hands instinctively clutching her swollen seven-month pregnant belly as sharp glass shards sliced into her palms and arms.

Evelyn: Get out of here, you piece of trash!

Clara: My baby... please, Evelyn, my baby...

Evelyn: You don't deserve this family, Clara! You never did!

Clara lay trembling among the glinting glass shards, her white robe covered in dust and crimson drops, her tears blurring the figure standing over her.

Evelyn froze suddenly, her angry face draining of all color as she looked toward the glass patio doors behind them.

Evelyn: That's... that's not what you think!

Heavy, furious footsteps echoed against the stone tile floor, growing louder and faster by the second.

Julian: What did you just do to my wife?!

Julian rushed through the patio doors, his navy suit jacket open, his face pale with absolute horror and rage as he looked at Clara bleeding on the floor.

Evelyn: Julian, wait! That's not what you think!

Evelyn: She tripped! She fell into the mirror herself!

Julian: Shut your mouth, Evelyn!

Julian grabbed Evelyn by the shoulders, dragging her toward the glass doors leading to the patio garden.

Evelyn: Julian, let go of me! You're hurting me!

Julian: Out!

With one swift, furious kick, Julian sent Evelyn flying backward over the stone edge, sending her crashing into the center of the swimming pool with a massive, heavy splash.

Julian didn't even watch her surface; he turned instantly back to the hallway, dropping to his knees beside Clara in the broken glass.

Julian: Clara, stay still! Don't move, baby!

Clara: Julian... the baby... it hurts so bad...

Julian: I've got you. I'm right here, and I am never letting her near you again.
